tours.torino.it requires no registration, does not profile visitors and does not sell data. We process the technical logs needed to serve pages, and the emails you send us; affiliate links lead directly to GetYourGuide, Tiqets or Headout, and whatever happens there is governed by their own notices.

Controller, scope and technical browsing data
The data controller is the publisher of tours.torino.it, reachable at info@tours.torino.it. This notice covers our site only: it does not cover GetYourGuide, Tiqets, Headout, the operators or the official museum sites you reach from our links, each of which has its own notice.
To deliver pages the server processes the technical data any website handles: IP address, user agent, time, requested URL, referring page, request outcome. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in running the site, preventing abuse, diagnosing errors and keeping it secure. Logs are kept for a limited period, are not used for profiling and are not sold to third parties. There are no user accounts and no newsletter.
Voluntary emails and retention
If you write to us we process the address, content and metadata of the message to handle the request: a correction, an operator listing request, a photo credit. The legal basis is performing what you ask of us and our legitimate interest in keeping a record of editorial correspondence, for instance to show when a correction was reported and applied.
We keep messages for as long as the purpose and any legal obligation require, then delete them. You do not need to send, and we do not want to receive, booking data, card numbers or ID documents: for orders contact the partner, as explained on the contact page.
Affiliate clicks: direct links and partner platforms as independent controllers
Booking buttons lead directly to the partner's site, with our partner code and the tourstorino campaign in the URL and marked sponsored and nofollow. We do not record the click: the code lets the partner attribute the commission and holds no name, email or order details.
Once on the partner's site, GetYourGuide, Tiqets or Headout process accounts, payments and bookings as independent controllers, under their own notices and with their own cookies; the affiliate parameter in the URL only indicates where the click came from. Your rights and how to exercise them
Under the GDPR you can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection and portability of data concerning you by writing to info@tours.torino.it. We reply within the statutory deadlines; for requests about technical data we may need to verify that it is actually linkable to you. You may also lodge a complaint with your national supervisory authority, in Italy the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.

What data does the site receive when I visit?
The server may process IP address, user agent, time, requested URL, referring page and technical data needed for operation and security. These logs are kept for a limited period, used to prevent abuse and diagnose errors; we do not combine them with other sources to identify you.
What happens when I email you?
We receive the address, content and message metadata and use them to reply and, where needed, keep the correspondence for editorial, legal and security purposes. Do not send booking, card or ID data: we do not ask for it and cannot use it.
Are affiliate clicks identifying?
