About us: an independent guide to Turin tours and tickets
We compare guided tours, museum tickets and day trips from Turin, from the Egyptian Museum to the Langhe, by reading the GetYourGuide, Tiqets and Headout catalogues for you. The most useful thing to know: we sell nothing, the partner sets the price, and every amount marked * is an observation, not a rate card.

An independent editorial guide, not an official ticket office
tours.torino.it is an independent editorial project for people visiting Turin who want to understand, before paying, which tour or ticket makes sense: the guided Egyptian Museum visit or plain admission, the hop-on hop-off bus or a walk under the city's 18 km of arcades, the Torino+Piemonte Card or single tickets. We are not the official site of any museum, of the Reggia di Venaria, of Turismo Torino or of any operator.
We write for weekend visitors, for people coming from Milan on the Frecciarossa for a single day, and for Piedmont residents. Every page answers concrete questions (how much, how long, where it starts, when to skip it) and sends you to a partner only when booking is the next step.
How we build each page: real searches, official sources, partner catalogues
We start from a plan of real searches (Egyptian Museum tickets, hop on hop off Turin, day trips from Turin) and pick topics by demand, not by what pays best. For every page we read the venue's official site for opening hours, closures and entry rules, then the GetYourGuide, Tiqets and Headout catalogues to see what can really be booked and in which price band.
Published prices are bands observed on partner catalogues, marked with an asterisk and checked regularly: the valid price is always the one at checkout. In doubt we prefer a wide band to a precise but wrong figure.
Platforms, affiliate links and how the site is funded
For tours we look at GetYourGuide first, which has the widest Turin catalogue; for the Torino+Piemonte Card and some timed museum entries we use Tiqets; Headout is the fallback when slots run out. Booking buttons lead directly to the partner, with our partner code, sponsored and nofollow attributes and the tourstorino campaign: if you buy, the partner pays us a commission, with no mark-up on your side.
Commission does not change page order or verdicts: a tour with a higher payout does not move up the list, and we also cover what earns nothing, such as tickets bought at the desk or the GTT rack tramway up to Superga. Clicks and data are described in our privacy notice.
How we review operators, corrections, and what we do not do
In the operators section we describe the Turin companies most present in the catalogues, such as Somewhere Tours (Torino Magica®), I Eat Food Tours or Turin With Me: we read public reviews, check contact details and point out concrete limits (languages, large groups, evening-only slots). No operator pays to be described or reads the text before publication.
If you find an error, an outdated price or a missing photo credit, write to info@tours.torino.it via the contact page: we correct within a few working days. We do not sell tickets, do not manage bookings and cannot act on orders, refunds or date changes, which stay with the partner you chose.

FAQ
Is tours.torino.it the official site of the Egyptian Museum, Venaria Reale or the Turin tourist office?
No. We are an independent editorial guide and do not represent the city, Turismo Torino, any museum, operator or booking platform. For opening hours, closures and entry rules the official site of each venue is always the reference; we limit ourselves to comparing the tours and tickets that can be booked through partner catalogues and explaining when they are worth it and when they are not.
How are tours and platforms selected?
For tours we check GetYourGuide first, since it carries the widest Turin catalogue; for the Torino+Piemonte Card and some timed museum entries we use Tiqets; Headout is the fallback when the other two have no availability. We weigh usefulness, clarity of the offer, real availability and cancellation terms, never the size of the commission.
How is the site funded, and does commission affect your judgement?
Some purchases made after clicking our booking buttons earn a commission paid by the partner, at no extra cost to you. Commission does not change page order or our verdicts: we also cover options that earn nothing, such as tickets bought at the desk or the GTT rack tramway up to Superga.
Can I book or request a refund through you?
No. We do not sell tickets and cannot see orders, payments or traveller data. Every booking is made on the partner's site (GetYourGuide, Tiqets or Headout) and only its support team, given the order number from your confirmation, can change, cancel or refund it. Our contact page explains where to find each help desk.
How often do you check the published prices?
Prices marked with an asterisk are bands observed on partner catalogues and re-checked regularly, more often in peak months and whenever a museum announces new tariffs. The valid price is always the one shown at checkout: if you spot a gap, tell us and we update the page.
